HOW TO CREATE YOUR ROOM BLOCK

1. Scroll down and select the hotel that best suits your team

2. Click "BOOK NOW"

3. Choose your room types- The maximum is set to 12 doubles in order to better share them with all teams. You will be able to select multiple room types to get the number of rooms you need.

NOTE: All teams will need to take some kings along with the double bedded rooms(for applicable hotels), so please select those as you set up your block. If you need special assistance with a few more doubles or with multiple teams please contact us.

4. Once the team manager/admin has created the block, an email will be sent with the GROUP CODE. The hotel will be cc'd on this email and will be in touch to finalize the booking process with you at their hotel directly.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19 some services and hotel policies may have changed in order to follow CDC guidelines and to keep guests safe and comfortable. The hotel representatives will provide you with any updates and current policies.
